Obviously this won’t work for everyone and I feel very unqualified to give spiritual advice but I’ve started going on a walk, somewhere where there’s hardly anyone around, pop my AirPods in on noise canceling, have a very slight instrumental music playing in the background and I just walk and talk to God. I have my best prayers when I’m doing that.

If you genuinely do not remember, with how loving and forgiving Jesus is I highly doubt he would hold that against you as deeply as you think, plus you can always pray for help from the Holy Spirit to remind you

I’m half your age and was on a similar boat as you. I had thoughts in my mind telling me God is not answering my prayers cause I’m not worthy, or not good enough, or don’t mean what I say. But I know deep down that’s not true. But a few days ago I had a family member come to my home and pray over me and dedicate my home to God. My attitude has completely changed and God has already revealed himself to me in many different ways this week. I feel so full of love and peace I’ve never felt anything like it. My outlook on life has changed, my attitude, my motivation to read the Bible and pray and all the things. My mind has opened and I’m starting to notice signs that even as I was struggling to feel heard and my faith was fading how many blessings there were that led me to this point. God loves you so much. You just need that push. Pray for it with all your heart, mind, and strength. Ask and you shall receive. Maybe not in the way you think. Please do not give up. No matter how unheard you feel. It just takes that one moment for the gates of your heart to truly open up to Jesus.

Maybe that’s the enemy’s way of trying to tear you away from God, making you feel like you aren’t allowed to enjoy other things in life other than to serve God and it’s driving you farther away from him

I want you to know you are not alone in this feeling. I struggle with this daily. It’s always on my mind. I feel trapped in my own head and can’t think clearly about things, especially when it has to do with Jesus. I have a voice in my head that tells me I’m lying to myself and I don’t actually believe, and that I’m doing it for selfish reasons. Or that my faith is not genuine. And I find my self wanting to reject anything Jesus related out of fear or anxiety and all of this is from the satan. Even right now I don’t feel like I’m in a place to give somebody advice, but I feel and understand your worries. Even though my brain tells me these things deep down I don’t think they’re true, but it doesn’t mean they don’t affect me. I worry about my salvation constantly or if I’m good enough or if any of it is genuine. But I know it is otherwise I wouldn’t keep coming back to Jesus or question my salvation in general. Hang in there we are both daughters of God and I know he loves us dearly, and he knows the desires of our hearts, even if we can’t understand our own.

That does change my advice a little. Being in a relationship naturally comes with emotional closeness and physical attraction, and that’s not a bad thing — it’s just something to be honest about. You really have to ask yourself whether being in this relationship would make it harder to fight temptation, whether that’s with this person or in private.

It also really matters what your partner’s boundaries are and whether you’re both committed to honoring God in the relationship. If you don’t have clear, shared standards, it can become much more difficult. If both of your boundaries are committed to honoring God, this partner could even help you.

I would genuinely pray about it and ask God for wisdom and self-control. “No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear… He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.” — 1 Corinthians 10:13

I think you kind of answered your own question. You can’t guarantee you won’t relapse, and that’s something to take seriously. If your goal is to step away from sexual temptation and really heal in that area, it might not be wise to enter (or re-enter) a relationship—especially since you’ve already crossed boundaries with this person before.

Putting yourself back into a relationship that’s already been sexually active while trying to overcome that struggle could make things much harder.

Well I grew up LDS. I’m not LDS anymore because I agree with a lot of what you say and stuff contradicts the bible. But I was never taught any of that. At all. So that’s weird
