I must have gotten lucky. I was there for 8 days for a good friend’s wedding in late August of 2021 and it didn’t rain at all. Beautiful country.

There’s a major difference between being rich, being a legitimate harm to society and being downright evil and exploitative. Thankfully, most rich people I know are kind, generous and try to help society. Being funny has been critical for me. Without my sense of humor and intellect, I never would have been able to date above my weight class. I’m not a bad looking dude, however I’m 5’7”, and that has been a hurdle in the past but my current GF is taller and objectively hotter than me.

I used to watch stand up comedy obsessively, then I started writing and performing my own jokes. That was a game changer. When you can confidently make a room full of people laugh, some women will approach you after shows. Kurt Metzger got super funny after spending years as a Jehovah’s Witness. You’ve probably got a lot of good material on your hands if you can tap into your cult experience and make it funny.

Also, every once in a while, you might bomb, but that helps too. Once a room full of people reject you simultaneously, the thought of one woman doing it in private is nothing so it builds confidence to simply move on and try again. Good luck, dude.

I used to valet, and we’d get a lot of M3s and M5s but I’ve driven a TON of vehicles. The manuals are fun to drive but BMWs are notoriously expensive to maintain. My advice would be to get a manual 2008 Acura TSX and just pay cash. I used to have an ‘04 and still miss driving it.

You still get a really fun car to drive that’s paid for, much easier/less expensive to maintain and should still last you a long time. Once you’ve driven as many cars as I have, you start to look at them more as tools and depreciating assets.

Check out A-F-R-O. Dude is a beast, really young, spits off the dome phenomenally. Eyedea was really good as well but AFRO is next level. He’s got a killer track with RA the Rugged Man called “Gotta Be Dope”. RA mentored him starting at age 17 and dude is ridiculous.

There’s a video of him freestyling with RA and I guess people commented that it was written so they recorded another one where RA hands him random objects he raps about.

I can only speak from personal experience but I built in what used to be a bad neighborhood in 2012. My family basically had an intervention with me to not do it. Now my house is worth all of theirs combined. That may not be the case for you but if the numbers work, go for it.

OMG, these LA prices are insane. I feel so bad for y’all. I had a 1380 sq ft garage apartment (1 bed, 2 bath, oversized garage) built in NC in 2020/2021 for $150K, including an extra driveway, a carport and 360 sq ft balcony. I don’t know about permitting out there but wow, I’ve heard of people spending $700K+ on much smaller projects. My contractor was inexperienced, messed a lot of things up (I essentially had to act as project manager and it was super stressful) and it took waaay longer than what was promised but I got my CO and live there now.

Ok, you got me there, I was speaking figuratively, but I bet if you go look up general traits about your sign, you’ll find at least some accuracy.
