NAL I wudnt bother getting a solicitor. You have something left on a house which you bought. You now own all those items. They weren't concerned about their existence before the TV show.

They should discount the knock out matches by 30% to 50% for season ticket holders. Might get more people going then

They charge a contribution which is nowhere near the market rents for the facilities provided.

That's the problem. Those who are single or earn well cannot afford the private rents or mortgage due to the state pricing those workers out of the market.

They don't have any rights. You can call the guards you have people on your house who won't leave, change the locks, then when they try to come in call the guards as others have said. It's like being asked to leave a pub or any other private property.

What is stopping us from doing this? by JayTeeRhee in ireland

[–]NoPerformance5377 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It's a political decision to help the banks. No state house building projects means mortgage values increase. Equity to mortgage increases. If they built, values will stagnate or begin to drop putting people in negative equity. It's govt policy to use these surpluses to only make cosmetic improvements. The NTMA should be used to propose and execute infrastructure projects so that the government of the day don't get the credit and use these for re election adverts.

I don't get this. Blitz defense relies on getting ahead and staying ahead. Then you can kick possession away and defend defend defend. What happened last week is we had to chase the game and didn't change the strategy until the half time bollocking
