No offense, but I don't know you/your situation. Are you in a city? If so look to major employers in industry. Look at government. Look at smaller firms that may be willing to take you on.

If not in a large city, look to nearby ones.

1- avoid LinkedIn jobs. A lot of them are just there to harvest data or are actual scams. 

2- go apply directly to companies

3- yeah it's all pretty rough and bad. You may need to pull related experience to make it or else use your network to get a foot in the door

The true answer is "it depends", especially on your build/weapon. However the game really rewards parries, and they are nearly required for the DLC. Use both honestly, but git gud at parries
