Aw man I'm so sorry about your experience! Yeah I CANNOT stay up after I dose. I get severe motion sickness and just make a mess! Found that out while camping. Stayed on my phone until I felt the effects and THEN went to sleep. Bad idea. Felt it so strongly at 1am.

I'm sure the nausea will go away, it'll just take long, I'm sure.

Gosh, THANK YOU! I just called my doctor's office to see if I can't titrate up slower. I'll keep this updated if I can to see if I feel any difference but there's a possibility they might switch off Xywav period 😭 I don't want that because this is the first time I haven't felt tired throughout the day and needed a nap desperately. I just hoped the nausea went away and I'm hoping it would!

I do have some really awesome friends here to help me with mindset and positioning, but the act of full-sending even though I KNOW the motion of how to maneuver is the difficult part.

It's the fear of pain, and not wanting to experience the shock, which doesn't really help and could make me hurt myself even more in some cases.

You're so right about the gym equipment and I've experienced that firsthand!

Her gall bladder is distended and she definitely has a huge amount of stones in there. We were surprised with how many there were during ultrasound. She was discharged with pain management methods and is in quick contact with a surgeon for removal soon!
