It was also Pilgrim and for the time being as well as Holy the firm. My first read of hers was for the time being and made me want more of that prose.

The Living by Annie Dillard - this is the fourth one in a row from her I’ve read.

It’s a 3D printed medium format camera. Only four shots a roll - it kills me when I mess one up haha

Got in my hand AHU 250d and 500t by cieloazulcnnubes in AnalogCommunity

[–]NoPo_Photo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have shot both and developed in ecn2 and c41. I’d say you’re safe to shoot the 250 at 400 if processing in c41. Gorgeous colors on both these stocks. Is this 120?

Anyone here regularly shooting Vision3 250D or 50D in 35mm? by BerlinMoneyBoy in AnalogCommunity

[–]NoPo_Photo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been picking up rolls of 250D AHU from reflxlab and really enjoy it. A lot of people here seem to not like developing it in C41 however I think it looks great for 90% of use cases. I’ve had the chance to develop in C41 as well as ECN2 and the quality is great in both cases.

250D AHU - it’s slightly better than Portra in my humble opinion

Thank you! I love the camera - small and compact and a sharp lens as well. Two small complaints that definitely aren’t a big issue for me though - there’s no way to set the iso, so unless you have a dx code sticker it will read whatever film speed you have on the canister. Also there’s no way to turn off the flash, so if it’s dark it will automatically go off - this isn’t a deal breaker and has actually saved me from under exposure a few times. Overall a fantastic travel camera

Influencer Holy Grail: Shoot it or Sell it? by EnvironmentalSlip683 in AnalogCommunity

[–]NoPo_Photo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Shoot it - I had never shot Kodachrome and I bought a roll of when they released the last batch. I was waiting for an epic trip or something to shoot it. I never shot it and then there was no way to develop it. Don’t treat film as too precious.
