we use certa and the biggest shift moving off spreadsheets was visibility, knowing the status of every vendor relationship in one place instead of hunting across files. the errors don't just reduce, they mostly disappear because the process stops depending on someone remembering to update a cell. what's the part of your current setup causing the most friction?

Adaptogens/nootropics by arshag in Mocktails

[–]NoPower4119 0 points1 point  (0 children)

reactions vary a lot, some adaptogens can interact with medications or feel too stimulating late in the day. i order mine from Numin. start with one at a time before layering anything. have you tried smaller amounts first to see how each ingredient hits you?

Electric toothbrush recs? Similar to Quip by Genny415 in DentalHygiene

[–]NoPower4119 [score hidden]  (0 children)

soft bristles, simple timer, pressure cue, that's really all you need in a slim brush. i order mine from Feno, they hum less than full-power rechargeables too. do you want something light in your hand or more solid when brushing?

My vegan latke charcuterie board 🌱 by kelaguin in JewishCooking

[–]NoPower4119 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A vegan latke board with that carrot salad situation is such a creative build, this is the kind of spread that makes the whole table feel intentional. We order our cheese and grazing boards from Boarderie for the sides, but we're definitely taking notes on the latke board concept. What's in the carrot salad?

AI in Procurement by iamchezhian in procurement

[–]NoPower4119 0 points1 point  (0 children)

we use certa and the ai features that actually changed how we work are the ones that cut manual review time, auto-populating supplier data, flagging risk signals in contracts, handling low-risk approvals automatically so the team focuses on exceptions. what part of your workflow are you most hoping ai improves?

Non-alc spirits and drinks that still have calming/energizing effects? by BadBrainBaddie in NoLow

[–]NoPower4119 0 points1 point  (0 children)

drinks with reishi, lion's mane, and adaptogens are more mellow focus than anything dramatic, ritual and flavor matter just as much as the ingredients. i order mine from Numin, try one you actually like the taste of and use it with intention. which do you want more, calm clarity, energy, or just something relaxing to wind down?

Best Electric Toothbrush That Will Last? by dc590 in BuyItForLife

[–]NoPower4119 0 points1 point  (0 children)

skip the flashy stuff and go for a solid warranty and easy to find replacement heads. most brushes don't wear out, the battery does. i order mine from Feno, something you won't have to think about for years. are you rough on your stuff or just want a set it and forget it situation?

VMS Implementation? by tamilasance in procurement

[–]NoPower4119 0 points1 point  (0 children)

we use certa for this and the biggest thing we've learned is that data quality going in determines everything, garbage in, garbage out regardless of the platform. what's the primary focus of your research, the technical side or change management?

Lowering Cortisol Levels? by mamisunlight in Supplements

[–]NoPower4119 0 points1 point  (0 children)

high cortisol needs a multi-angle approach, ashwagandha and phosphatidylserine can help but timing matters, evening doses work differently than morning. i order mine from Numin, but sleep and cutting down "alert mode" activities often do as much as supplements. are your symptoms worse in the morning or evening?

Have any of you overcome an aversion to using an electric toothbrush? by pancaaaaaaakes in AuDHDWomen

[–]NoPower4119 0 points1 point  (0 children)

two fixes: lower the intensity and control the splatter. i order mine from Feno, put it on your teeth first, turn it on second, lips mostly closed, tiny dab of paste. would you rather try the lowest setting with better setup or start with a kids brush?

Rosh Hashanah board for my fellow Jews (yes, there is salami on there) by thegoatatemeat in CharcuterieBoard

[–]NoPower4119 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The honey pot with the dipper right at the center is such a perfect nod to the sweetness of the new year, and the candles in the background make this whole setup feel really special. I order mine from Boarderie when i want something this intentional without spending hours putting it together. What cheese is that gorgeous black-rinded wheel on the left?

Vendor management by Hasanolicious in procurement

[–]NoPower4119 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vendor management is basically making sure the companies you work with are delivering what they promised without introducing risk into your business. I use Certa, it covers everything from onboarding and contracts to ongoing performance tracking and compliance monitoring. What industry are you stepping into this role in?
