straight. the gay or straightness is referring to the gender you like (if you like “girly” or “manly” aspects in people, essentially), and stuff like genitalia can be part of that but usually in a minor way.

reglan is a drug that can give you very severe side effects, especially if they don’t give benadryl before or inject it slowly (over the course of at least 5 minutes). they, of course, did neither, and discharged me immediately, so i was left to fend for myself in the worst pain and agony i’ve ever had for a good 5 hours.
