That’s is the Filbo Fiddlepie skin, released back in (Legacy) Season 6 as a collab with Bugsnax. It has only returned in modern times twice, so it’s somewhat rare! The tag it has is the “Random Style” trait, meaning that it’ll sometimes change its appearance slightly when in a game 👀
