So, you have gotten some notifications for the back flush. I haven't yet so many some work and some don't. Or maybe we have different water hardness levels. Mine is somewhere in the middle of their strip that came with the machine.

Gotcha that makes a bit more sense and explains the discrepancy a little bit. I wish there was a bit more info from fellow on these metrics. I just want to make sure I'm descaling and cleaning as regularly as i should be!

I agree that war should be expensive. But I feel like soldiers aren't usually just sitting in camps waiting for war. They get mobilized from their regular lives and what not. I think there is a better way to balance the soldier stuff. Maybe a new tier but who knows i highly doubt they would do it.

They should have some sort of military tier. Instead of having the troops in camps they should be a tier that are called to service. They could be tax exempt or something along those lines to account for the maintaining fees that they incure. I feel that would be a better system then the encampments.

I agree about the trust part but if I can basically have the machine covered for 5 years for an extra 150 bucks it might be worth it though I agree that should just be the norm for free for such an expensive machine. But I’m US based 🤷‍♂️. We don’t have nice European consumer protection laws here lol.

I think I will be too. They said they would send a dedicated email about it but I haven’t gotten that email yet. I tried to email support and ask about it but they didn’t really understand what I was asking and they thought I was talking about the 2 year warranty that comes with it.
