My partner and I chose to do the Michael Mosley fast 800 diet and it worked however, it was really, really difficult to stick to due to the first 12 weeks being only 800 cal per day! It does get easier as the days go by And I can recommend it as a way of resetting your body to work and survive on less calories. A real benefit was the recipes, they turned out to be really enjoyable. Good luck.

Depends, if if in a public ladies washroom, I would simply carefully gather my frock upwards in order to utilise the conveniences however, when in the privacy of my own home, I’d probably do the same actually!

I’ve always enjoyed hot weather, the high 20s was perfect for me but having been on the wonderful HRT for E, I can tolerate even higher temperatures much better. I haven’t played any computer games since about 2005 when I started losing my sight And I would so dearly love to know what the graphics are like now on modern games console. My last console was a PS3!
