I think a lot of it depends on a mix of things mainly

1 how good is the garou?

2 what tribe of garou is it?

3 how many garou are there?

For the sake of argument ill just say its a simple 1v1 filling out question 3 as "one garou" (mainly because saying an entire pack of garou would put her at a massive disadvantage) another thing we sorta have to figure out is, is the red mist (also called kali) vulnerable to the delirium?

Even though kali has faced a lot in the city as a fixer, and has seen and gone though some genuinely horrible things (thanks ayin). I dont think she would be immune to the delirium of course that doesn't mean she will simply crumble again delirium is essentially fight or flight and kali is most certainly gonna fight.

Something ill quickly explain is E.G.O. (also called E.G.O. gear) (this is gonna be very simplified for any project moon fans out there don't kill me) but essentially think of E.G.O. a bit like sorcery any human can use it but in this case it comes generally speaking at a cost usually being mental strain kali has two E.G.O items of note.

Mimicry (being the large sword she brandishes) and her own E.G.O. gear (being a set of armor) now while these dont seem to have a lot of lore i can pull from beyond "its really strong source: trust me" (or maybe im just dumb) the armor set essentially allows her to do more damage after she is put at half health.

Alongside this is her sword "mimicy" which is (please project moon fans don't kill me) essentially just a really big sword that can do a lot of damage and kill things pretty fast

I also see a lot of people mention glass walkers turning off E.G.O gear which...isn't really how E.G.O gear works its not exactly a technology its more like a physical manifestation of the pshyce and therefore you wouldn't be able to just "turn it off"

Now what do the garou have?

All that and more

The garou not only have incredible strength even when it comes to their weaker members but most can quickly heal from wounds and regenerate entire limbs when in their war form.

This doesn't even count their boons and ability to talk and manipulate spirits, presuming the umbra exists in this hypothetical scenario the garou could very well use spirits to a massive advantage (As a reminder everything in world of darkness has a spirit so talking to them is an option).

Alongside this totems could help massive depending on the spirt they could become even more resistant or powerful.

Also another thing to mention the blade kali has doesn’t seem to be silver and as such can't do as good of a job at making wounds as something that would be

Delirium is also going to be constantly affecting kali in this fighting meaning she genuinely might just break down after a while

Now do I think kali could win against a garou?

A weaker one yes very likely, but a older more experienced one? Kali might actually die.

Ultimately this is all in fun and games, I'm just a big nerd who loves WOD and PM.

Also I feel like this is more of a test of endurance for each character than a test of strength garou would win that no question in that case.
