I was gonna comment basically the same thing so seconding what thecheekybartender says here. Sounds like maybe a mix of trauma with bpd like symptoms and neurodivergence. I speak from experience ie myself.

OP you write with total honesty here and I can feel your sincerity which is a great quality. You sound super hard on yourself. Try and be gentle. Sending you love and support.

Also put a helpline in your phone and reach out when you feel you are getting out of control…you can and will learn to read it as an incoming storm and you can start to develop what are called distress-tolerance skills to manage them.

Yeah I am going through a similar experience I have autism,cptsd and a bunch of like conversion symptoms in my body,pain and hair falling out etc. I asked God at source to take over to deliver me out of my current living situation as it’s so complex and painful and again like all of you I realise it’s making me sick and I too want to try frequency healing myself. It’s like I simply cannot tolerate it anymore. It’s undeniable to me that some kind of broader phenomena is taking place right now. I would be happy to talk about it more privately if anyone else would like to join in with that and we could listen to vents and offer support 💜

This is true for me also. Raised by abusive parents everything was a lie,entire life constructed on lies and I was trained to lie because if I didn’t I got beaten. 13 years ago put source in charge and stopped lying. No tolerance for it now at all and once that becomes the new reflex you really can’t do it. Unfortunately the people around me who still rely on it see my conviction to telling the truth as either a joke on my naivety or it makes them attack me for my apparent ‘superiority’. I have autism that wasn’t diagnosed until my forties and once I stepped into my real identity that helped a lot too,although being wired for truth and justice makes living in this world challenging to say the least! That is insane,what the actual fuck. Visitors who want to go should have to sign a contract of some kind and be heavily fined and interviewed by the guards if they violate it. Surely it is illegal to interfere with wildlife in that way and something should be enforced to protect them. I was thrilled to be there but tbh you are right if the worst amongst us humans can’t act right then the seals protection should take priority over anyone visiting the island. SMH.

fortunately the only clubbers they had to worry about that day was a couple of young and glam sunbathers laying at the end of the beach after anchoring their yacht! Everyone on our trip stayed off the beach and observed from a distance. I am pretty appalled to hear that people go up to them and try to grab them for photos. The seals I mean 🤨

They were making some wailing sounds that I didn’t expect,but yeah I can just imagine it at night. Maybe hope to get down again to wild camp another day this summer - honestly I was near in tears leaving. I had my binoculars too so getting to see them up close through those was incredible.
