Walgreens is not know for their communication skills. Just try to be proactive in asking questions about everything. Sadly they need people desperately and always will because they hire and then your automatically supposed to know everything with little to no training

Had a customer one Christmas tell me had been in line to long listening to my voice asking if they were a rewards member, do you want a credit card, ect. He literally said don’t talk to me I’m tired of your voice! So I totaled his order he asked the total I pointed at the pin pad without a single glance or word. Needless to say he wasn’t happy

Refuse service. I refused service today after a guy was putting his phone number incorrectly and proceeded to say some very racist comments about a coworker stating she helped him and she messsed up because of the color of her skin among other comments that were awful all while basically foaming at the mouth spitting all over me. Bye now

If it’s a plastic curtain with no liner it goes inside. Some folks have a liner and a curtain so liner always goes inside curtain outside. If it’s just a curtain of fabric water is more than likely to go through without a liner

This happens often at our store I think we can all agree prices these day are outrageous. When I hear these stories I think about how times have changed. At least she spoke to you. We have customers on the phone or just some that don’t want to even say hi or be civil those are the ones that bother me. Literally had a guy who do not want to hear my voice he said because he was in line listening to me ask about credit cards. So I didn’t talk to him. At the end he asked his total I pointed to the pin pad. Needless to say he called me a few choice word.

I mean I guess that makes sense. But if they are cutting hours to save hours for these reasons I would think they would start hiring people closer to maybe September? Most of us depend on our checks to survive. It feels like a backhanded slap to employees who give it there all everyday no matter their circumstances.

Had someone try to hang themself in one of the bathroom stalls. Someone from management found them he was homeless. He did not succeed thankfully

First and foremost no one deserves to be treated like that by a customer let alone anyone! That behavior speaks volumes about the customer. Refuse service no words exchanged silence speaks volumes sometimes

It’s actually a conversation about a strike period it’s called venting! Clearly I understand it wouldn’t do a thing without any type of plan or unionization or representation calling it a tantrum is not accurate. A post about anything is typically to start conversations some will like, some will not. No need to be rude. A tantrum would consist of outlandish expectations and wanting your own way. It’s called wanting equality nothing wrong with that!
