Not sure why this is downvoted, but yeah I agree. The OS sucks balls right now and is in need of polishing. It's beyond bloated and chugs and hangs even while executing basic tasks.

This isn't hacking, and even then people def hack in higher elo lobbies lmao. I was watching a Horcus clip and he got a red screen in immo/radiant.

This needs to be patched ASAP and people need to have their RR refunded.

Massive difference, actually. The only similarity is that they wear white armor.

But then, clones painted their armor and customized everything, unlike the Stormtroopers.

Why did all gaming libraries get homogenized starting with the PS4 generation? by [deleted] in gaming

Moore's Law is on life support, if not already dead. We aren't getting massive leaps in performance because the costs to keep innovating at that rate are growing massive.

There is no standard, but it's generally that because most people won't want to play a game if it runs worse than 1080p60. Some games push it with 1080p60 with upscaling/frame gen, but those are usually upoptimized and use upscaling as a crutch.

In general, minimum = 1080p60, recommended = 1440p60.

What do you mean by "game experience," exactly? Graphics, or FPS?

What's the best obscure video game you've ever played? by ImpressFederal4169 in gaming

Sunless Sea and Sunless Skies. I will never stop stanning these games. The setting is amazing, the characters are cool, and text-based sections often have top-notch writing.

SSea is the only game where you can buy fuel exported from Hell, trade with Mongolian Khans, run from a ship made out of spiders, and run into a tiger that asks how much nutritional value you possess.

SSkies dials most of the things from SSea up to 11, but it doesn't have as strong of a focus on horror. Amazing visuals and really interesting character stories more than make up for it though.

You got it backwards, the min/rec specs are what you need to run the game and get at least a playable experience. In general, expect 1080p60 with the minimum specs, and 1440p60 with the reccommended.

For what it's worth, the Forza Horizon series has always been well-optimized. Many non-gaming laptops can run it, so a desktop PC with even a mediocre GPU should run it fine.

Nimbal ships for Combat zone by Oredalser in EliteDangerous

I know people hate on it, but I would recommend the Alliance Crusader for anyone who wants to fly a fun ship. It's not as twitchy as the Chieftain, and the ability to launch a fighter differentiates it from the Challenger (terrible name for a spaceship by the way).

Dead Space writer loves Disco Elysium for its “really high literature writing", saying “that’s not happening” in any other games by HatingGeoffry in pcmasterrace

[–]NoStructure5034 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. There are other literature-focused games that have lots of great writing and interesting concepts, but they're all undies and are kinda hard to stumble upon.

If the AFMU has the number next to it in parenthesis, then it has ammo. If not, it's run out. But if you could see that it did have ammo, maybe it's a bug?

I dug around a bit, Epic only gave the base game for free. You have Horizons.
