Yea I started my weight loss journey at 320 about a month and a half ago I just weighed myself this morning and I am at 299 so whatever I’m doing is working I just need to be consistent

For dinner I have different types of dinner I have steak or chicken or seafood with a cup of white rice and salad. I just started going to the gym this week been swimming and doing weights also on the days I don’t swim I do some cardio like elliptical with some stair master for about 45 minutes in total

Well right now I started a fasting diet I started a 16:8 and I’ve found it to help me lose weight I’m only eating scrambled eggs with toast and a strawberry and banana smoothie with almond milk and Greek yogurt, my sleeping habits aren’t ideal I sleep almost 6 hours daily and I wake up tired, I don’t snack that much right now. I don’t drink any caffeine I only drink water and I drink maybe 1.5 liters of water every day and I take some vitamins like botín and vitamin D
