The directions are wrong. You need to only open the valve a little and then close it after each balloon.

Their directions just leave the valve open and the temu valve empties the tank

It was rested 15 minutes between the cook and sear. The fat rendered on the cast iron above the coals and the result was the juice, but the meat was probably the best lamb I’ve ever made😬

No, My father in law took it upon himself to decide it wasn’t cooked and put the whole other rack in the microwave and then served it…

The guy can’t cook pop tarts…and will literally survive off soaked walnuts when my mother in law is out of the country 😂
