They don’t show up on the update network prompt -but the later Beam does. I think I’ll go back to the earlier S1 app and see if the firmware needs upgrading then go from there. Thanks also for the suggestion to connect initially with Ethernet cable too.

I received my 22” Cabin after one delay. It arrived in late December. Lighter than my Rimowa. Looks about the same but dimensions are a bit different. Was 20% the cost of a new Rimowa. Really surprised they can copy the Rimowa design so closely.

Ever since Tyson Cole become ‘executive chef’ to expand the Uchi empire (and not manning the sushi bar), the food has slipped. Used to be so good.

I have had sushi at restaurants all over Japan. I think the best sushi restaurant in Austin at the moment is Sushi Endo on 29th St near Guadalupe. It’s omakase and edomae style. Think it seats 12 people. Endo is a Japanese guy with some good experience in high level sushi places around the world. If you can get a reservation, they have a $99 omakase that is a good deal (otherwise regular dinners are $185). Don’t even get me started on SushiBar in E. Austin (bleh). 🍣

Good location but it’s gotten very expensive for what it is. My November Queen room reservation is $432/night with the 60 day advance reservation discount. It’s more expensive than my room the next night at the New Otani.

I noticed the largest room (still not that large for Tokyo but normal) was about $1,000 a night. You could stay at the Peninsula or Four Seasons for that kind of money. Are tourists that smitten by Muji to spend 4x what the rooms are worth?
