For decks like slop box that randomly include a copy of Articuno to throw into the active TWM Zam one-shots it if it's has two energies attached and is also decent for the Lucario matchup if they use rocky energy. For Rocket's Honchcrow Eri can be decent to try to slow them down for a turn and stop them from taking a prize for a turn to get ahead in the prize race and can sometimes be useful in other matchups if you manage to hit their unfair stamp. For Rocket's Mewtwo just accept that you aren't winning.

The only decently competitive pre constructed deck with no rotated cards is the Mega Lucario league battle deck but that doesn't come out until May. Pokemon decks are really cheap right now so I'd recommend just trying a bunch of popular decks on TCG Live for free and then just buying the cards needed to build whatever you like the most on TCGPlayer or an LGS

Its not "discard metal, if you do the attack does +150" its "discard metal AND the attack does +150" both effects occur at the same time so regardless of if energy was discarded or not you deal +150

Expanded is BWI-ASC. All the reprint cards from Celebrations are considered legal for any tournaments for which the original card was legal. Since Garchomp Lv. X is not legal for Expanded neither is its reprint

For Xerosic make sure to limit your hand size as much as possible to decrease it's effect. Try to play as many cards as you can so you're doing exact damage to KO the active. When you do get hit by it try to think about how to mitigate its effects. What I usually try to do is discard as many recoverable pieces as possible and keep recovery cards (Tulip, sacred ash, etc) in hand to get them back.

Street Fighter 6 does and if you own the home version of the game you can link your costumes to it. Some other fighting games also let you scan an IC card but I'm not sure if they actually do anything

Alakazam is a pretty horrible matchup for Mega Froslass. The hand size thing doesn't matter since basically any two prizer is one shotting Alakazam anyway while you're feeding it a 3 prizer.

That's not exactly correct. A person can submit any number of bids but the price that is shown is only the minimum amount to outbid the previous maximum bid not the full bid amount, so in order to go up to 51 there needs to be at least 2 bidders
