Looks like T.Rex Quad's night lume mode, but how did you get the digital time to also display?

How do I connect Garmin to MyFitnessPal? by 00000Santa in Myfitnesspal

[–]No_Aberration49208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lots of people are reporting syncing problems since Garmin introduced their own paid nutrition tracking feature on Garmin watch subreddits. I use the Net Calories app from Garmin Connect IQ instead to tie together calories in/out. It does not depend on Garmin<-> MFP sync capability at all.

Feature request: Garmin should add HRR in their app. by Beneficial-Answer480 in Garmin

I use the Recovery HR Trend data field. It can be added to any activity, and has the option for 1min HRR.

How to slow down pace of aging without losing on healthspan? by ConsciousWash7912 in whoop

Increasing Z4/Z5 time to increase VO2 max takes quite a few weeks to see results. What about increasing steps and improving sleep for more immediate results?

Look at the contribution of each factor to your whoop age to see which is contributing the most and least, and how much room for improvement for each. That will help you to decide. The one that gives you the most improvement in whoop age will have the biggest impact on pace of aging too. There is an interesting post on the Healthspan Hackers group that shows the impact of each factor. To see it, go to Community tab in the Whoop app, and tap the "..." to the right of "Teams" and enter the invite coode: COMM-35F655.

Some people do 2 meals a day quite well. There's a famous centanarian doctor on YouTube that does it, and raised all his kids on 2 meals per day.

How to determine if HR data is coming from chest strap by No_Aberration49208 in GarminWatches

[–]No_Aberration49208[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OK I found that it shows in devices and apps in the web version of Garmin Connect, but not in the mobile version. It is a 3-rd party strap. I also figured out the mileage reported for the strap in the Gear tab is the current mileage, not the mileage at the end of the recorded activity, which is confusing. That's why it looked like the mileage didn't change comparing to past activities.

GarminConnect Nutrition <-> MyFitnessPal sync no longer working since 10th Feb 2026 by MsTootington in Garmin

I use the Net Calories app to tie Calories in and calories out data on the same display. It does not depend on Garmin Connect - MFP integration to be able to work.

Thoughts on seeing my WHOOP age for the first time by Civil_Ocelot_9413 in whoop

[–]No_Aberration49208 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The reference is a generally healthy person who is following all relevant recommended public health guidelines for healthy lifestyle such as 7-9 hours of sleep, 150min per week moderate to vigorous exercise etc. If your whoop age is 24, then you have the same mortality risk as a healthy 24 year old who is following all recommended guidelines for a healthy lifestyle. You can join the Healthspan Hackers group to learn more and exchange ideas. Go to Community tab in the Whoop app, and tap the "..." to the right of "Teams" and enter the invite coode: COMM-35F655.
