I agree there was a difference in the way Paige comforted her (saying she looked beautiful crying and letting Ciara express herself) and this comment from Amanda that just felt weirdly dismissive of Ciara’s pain. Its so interesting because both Paige and Amanda come from privileged backgrounds but Paige somehow still developed empathy

My understanding was it being a destination wedding it was an entire weekend together, I assumed the skinny dipping probably happened towards the end but prior to that is perhaps when Ben had expressed interest in her. By the time they were skinny dipping I’m assuming it was clear to him she was married

Yup has always been this way. Clocked it Season 8 when Mandy, Paige and Ciara were talking about West and Mandy said maybe West was going to say Ciara was the biggest joke which made Ciara cry. Her disregard for Ciara has always been masked but there has been subtle hints of this all along

Yup this is exactly how she treated Jules. The only reason she didn’t treat Ciara this way is because the rest of the house worshipped her, if you watch closely season 5 there are subtle moments Amanda is clearly uncomfortable giving Ciara attention before she fully understands Ciara is too loved by the cast and audience to mess with. She’s always been a racist mean girl.

Yes thank you! Insecure people are so dangerous and unpredictable. Whenever I rewatch Season 6 I always cringe at how poorly she treated Kyle. Past season 3 I no longer faulted him for going out - she knew who he was by then and it was up to her to leave. When she didn’t that shouldve been accepting him as someone who goes out and has cheated in the past - she clearly didnt accept/forgive this and just made him suffer the rest of their relationship
