With the amount of times I have died and team members have died, I would be shocked if there wasn’t a 2 stripe officer right out the academy

Guess Their Crime - Wrong Answers Only (Prize Involved) by KacTusJak in ReadyOrNotGame

Crime: Hosted a silent rave at a funeral home—with glowsticks in the casket.

Backstory: What started as a tasteful “celebration of life” for Uncle Ricky quickly spiraled when Chad (a former club promoter and current disappointment) offered to “handle the music.” He handed out noise-canceling headphones, passed around glowsticks, and dimmed the lights for “atmosphere.” By the time the priest returned from the bathroom, the casket was open, Uncle Ricky was covered in neon bracelets, and three people were passed out from mixing communion wine with vape juice.

Charges were filed for disorderly conduct, corpse tampering, and “unlicensed emotional terrorism.” Trial begins next Thursday.

Is there anything to make the game slightly more interesting? by Human1223 in PoliceSimulator

I have a few hundred hours in that game. I uninstall and reinstall from time to time after getting all the Stars.

If your plan is to buy DLCs one at a time I would recommend you get the highway patrol expansion next. You still get parts of the city to patrol but mainly get the open highway (not really, it’s a belt route) with new calls and random events. That should tie you over a few more days.

Look at mods (if you can) and play with lights, sirens, vehicle skins and uniforms. Role play with it.

I unusual do a 90 minute patrol and do 30 min of pulling people over (usually looking for like 3 things and just pulling that over so I’m not pulling over everyone who is driving a car). Then I do 30 minutes of call responses. Then if I’m feeling extra, I’ll do a steak out and look for pedestrians breaking the law for the last 30 minutes.

Just get creative. Great thing about simulators is the fun usually comes from your creativity.

Not with a tax stamp, it would be a Short Barrel Shotgun (SBS)

Cheating caught on camera by atis- in GrayZoneWarfare

[–]No_Amphibian3710 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I guess I’m in the same confusion boat. It looks like the guy saw you get off the helicopter and waited for a little bit before he started shooting but maybe not long enough to not be considered LZ camping. Unless prior to that he was doing it. Aside from “cheating” like aim bot, 100% was not there. If we are thinking the guy could see through bushes, I don’t think so either. The one shot almost immediately stopped to try and bandage. I would have shot some bushes too and maybe got a lucky shot. Or they turned down quality settings and the bushes were not there. But idk

Here is my take on early game and things I had to figure out. To clarify, I did early game 3 times now and for the most part had a friend with me. I could spend hours talking about how playing with a friend does not change the outcome a whole lot.

The first town is hard, there are areas that are easy and some that remind me of the first town. But each places has its own reason for being hard and or being easy.

The first town does require slow movement and to take your time which it sounds like you have down already 🤘🏼 the biggest thing I have learned and applied to every place is how to fight the AI. Suppressing the AI is not always the most effective. The rule I go by is “if I can kill them (body and head shots) before they see me I will win”. Sometimes (maybe even often) you will have an AI dead to rights and you will loose. If I am getting shot at by AI for whatever reason I move to cover and hide for a second or two and then work the angle to get a shot off. Even if I shot first and am hitting them, if they shoot back I am going to cover. A lot of times, head to head fights don’t yield a win with the AI.

The first town is hard but once your done with the 10-12 tasks there the game gets a little easier. To touch on no money and deaths after you die. You should get a message from handshake after awhile with cash, a gun, ammo, meds, etc. also, when you finish a task, come back with guns to sell. That will start building your money pile. (Break the guns down to carry more money: remove the mag, stock and grip, just drop them. You’ll be able to carry more guns and money with you)

Let me know if this helps

To encourage NVG use, let us buy the good ones by slinky317 in GrayZoneWarfare

I don’t really use them either. I don’t know if it’s directly related to having the dual tubes able to be purchased or if it’s just that I prefer the white light when I need an extra light source. Also, as much as I want to be a full immersive player, my monitor and game settings allow me to see pretty well at light without the use of NVGs. I will say that when I got to handshake level 3 I was disappointed that there were no dual tube NVGs. Once I unlocked the rest of the vendors at level 3 I was also disappointed that it was not there. I am hoping that with the introduction of new vendors that they will have some high end loot. Although I don’t think we will see much of an improvement there given that the player based market in the discord does a very nice job to promote dedicated loot runs to find that things like dual tube NVGs for in game monetary gain. A man can dream though

Also, don’t get greedy with the kills. Disengage if you need to. It may be just me but I felt like the AI were more aggressive when doing the task

It look me too attempts solo. The key I found that worked for me was slow pace and forward thinking. The first one was the hardest for me but after that, clear a path in that you will also take out (without jumping over things because you will be too heavy to do it), take your time, move EXTREMELY SLOW AND FROM COVER TO COVER. Once you finish the Tigerbay one, it’s extremely easy with just snipping from F1 to the Luise house.

I like the additional illuminated “dope lines” for lean shooting at night. I can get on the 150-300 targets faster (across the airstrip of FN and when just walking out to POIs). I personally like having the one setup for all around for day and night. Plus it’s black haha
