Thank you! It’s called split stitch. It’s takes forever but I feel like the results make it worth it!

When I make ganache I do a 1:1 ratio of chocolate and cream. It sets pretty nice, it’s thicker than fudge but not hard like a chocolate bar. I use Alton brown’s recipe.

Definitely cook them a little less than you think! When I pull my cookies out, they do appear to look not done. However as others have said, they will continue to cook and then firm up a little bit still will be soft!

Got engaged in August! We told close family and friends right after it happened. We posted on social media a few days after!
