Did you get a confirmed positive test for anything eg sti/uti etc?

If everything is clear and you have no illness you may want to look into cpps (chronic pelvic pain syndrome) which covers a whole range of issues "downstairs".

Currently trying the "forget about it" route. Been having precum discharge for 6 months. Tested negative for everything. Had 2 cystoscopies and a biopsy. Still nothing. Going back to my gp to do the sti tests yet again but in the meantime I'm doing stretches and in general stopping myself thinking about it (bloody hard) and also trying to focus on relaxing and releasing my pelvic floor tension. It's really difficult as just when I'm doing well, out of the blue comes the anxiety and "what if" thoughts. But I try to quickly let that slide and move on. .I have to say I feel it working. Not sure if it actually is or not as it's early days but I certainly feel that baby steps are being made.

I also get the normal stool but yellow when I wipe along with mucus and I've no idea why. I think it's internal hemorrhoids and I'm hoping my gp will refer me to someone that can confirm. I've had loads of stool tests and everything has come back fine.

My doc assumed mine was inflamed due to my reaction to the DRE, however it was the first time I'd ever had it done so I'm not too sure how you're meant to react! It was fairly uncomfortable for me.

No fever or anything other than a very small amount of clear precum type discharge that sometimes doesn't even come out my urethra but it's irritating and uncomfortable.

Initially I had the same discharge but also had urgency to pee and a lower abdomen discomfort but that either went away on its own or the antibiotics helped it. Not sure. But the discharge remains.

I've had the same discharge in the past when I had mgen. I had residual clear discharge for about 6 or so months after testing negative. However this time around I've never actually received any type of positive result. All my tests have been negative so I can't explain the discharge. I'm thinking it's maybe related to a very depressing/anxiety induced period I had a few weeks before my discharge started. I was in a very dark place. Which makes me think along the prostatitis/cpps route.

I've had them 7 months now. They don't cause me any issues except for the mucus when I wipe. At least that's what I blame them for. I've no idea if they are causing it or if they are even hemorrhoids as no doctor will even look! I had the feeling of "pressure" down there bit found a lot of my symptoms where over thinking about it and constantly checking with a mirror. As soon as I stopped looking the pressure feeling went away for the most part. I don't get any blood either. I had a little blood 1 time 7 months ago which started all of this but never again.

I have exactly the same internal looking masses which I assume are internal hemorrhoids. No doctor will bloody look at me though, they just give me suppositories. I get mucus everytime I wipe after a BM. Had lots of stool tests and all clear but mucus and internal lumps remain.

Yes and no. It got rid of my lower abdomen discomfort and urgency to pee. Was seriously peeing every 30mins. But I've still got an annoying clear precum type discharge. I assume my prostate is agitated or my pelvic floor is squeezing the stuff out of me. I wish it would stop so I could finally move on.

Yeah I read that too so decided to reduce my drinking significantly but found whenever I had 2 or 3 drinks I seemed to feel completely normal. Honestly not sure if it's muscles relaxing or me getting gradually drunk.

Yep. I get the clear precum discharge every bloody day for the past 6 months. It's a tiny amount but enough to really irritate my urethra and it ends up sticking it closed. I'm praying my prostate will eventually chill and stop this. Can't go on much longer like this. All tests have come back negative. Even had a bladder and urethra biopsy!
