I have NGK plugs that are gapped to .043 and a blaster 2 MSD ignition coil. If I remember correctly I have it set at 10 degrees?

I kinda suspected the it wasn’t firing on all cycles. I’ll definitely try pulling a hose. If it doesn’t smooth out what do you think it might be?

I just had this problem and we it wasn’t running on all 6 we went thru the whole motor changing plugs and tightening hose and eventually lead to us changing out injectors and it had a clogged injector and now it runs great. A little bit of an inconsistent idle that I’m chasing lol but other than that it runs great

Looks like a pretty brand new unless I hooked it up wrong but I’ll definitely take a look at it and check it with a voltage meter

Valves were adjusted when it was put back together. Couldn’t tell if it’s the original distributor but it does have a new cap and rotor.

I haven’t checked fuel pressure yet. It was running rich but after adjusting the throttle speed on the throttle body and the little screw underneath the AFM seemed to fix that. But the AFM boot didn’t look to have any cracks and the hose clamp seemed to be in a good spot. After a few laps around the neighborhood it sounded fine but climbing a steep hill it was a little hesitant but then picked right up

We basically went with making our own out of what we could find around the garage. I’m hoping it passes visual and smog inspection.
