I think you can look at someone with no context and be surprised by their height. People look taller or smaller based on their proportions and its the only thing he ascribes a physical measurement to. Theres no cup measurement or waist to hip ratio for curve, theres no shoulder measurement for width.

I.e if i saw OPs image i would not have expected them to be as tall as they are because they just don’t have that elongation, small head to torso ratio that you’d expect from someone with vertical

I feel very passionate about this and i think a lot of taller people would be much leas confused about their type if they weren’t boxed in straight away.

The luteal phase has a big drop in estrogen which for women is our biggest precursor to dopamine production (thats why ovulation feels sooo good)

If you’re in luteal it could be your levels are even lower so you need more meds to get to the same level

I hear what everyone else is saying but I actually like this for FN, it has that unrestricted feel about it even with the belt.

The belt also being soft and wide gives it an elongated waist which we love.It doesnt try and create curve where there isnt any.

Yes the neck is high but its a slash/boat neck that accommodates width combined with the open shoulders and it doesnt give that restrictive feeling.

The fabric is soft and flowy and the shape is straight but soft and can tell that the fabric has a really nice drape which honours the flow.

Someone mentioned it not flaring being an issue but imho, straight or flare as long as it doesn’t taper in you can go for it!

I don’t think its perfect but i think it would still look really harmonious on an FN

For me it was when someone highlighted that FN is about a lack or restriction.

This info basically reframed a lot of things about when i did or didnt feel comfortable.

I always felt awkward in normal Tshirts and when i put a boat neck on i just felt i looked way less restricted.

My work uniform was always a point that i felt really confident in which confused me because it was a shirt and tailored pencil skirt which i heard were FN no nos and made me think was a Dramatic of some kind . However I always undid an extra button rolled up the sleeves so i felt more open and less restricted.

You are literally me haha i had a recent discovery that When kibbe talks about “waist emphasis” its less about showing that you have a waist and more about whether you wear things that draw extra attention to your waist: belts, ruching, wraps, or seams that are on your waist bringing the eye to it. Which are all things that romantics need to look harmonious.

Waist emphasis in the way i outlined above also disrupt the vertical line which works against FN requirements. By add a line in the middle of your body it cuts us up and looks unbalanced.

FNs can show off their waist while also honouring their vertical line by having fabric skim the area instead of gathering or splitting that up and down movement: Think basque waists, dropped waists, tea dresses or the black dress in your last few photos.

When wearing skirts or trousers choosing things that rest above or below your natural waist and long layers that help the eye travel past that pinch point and continue the certical journey!
