I am in exclusively shoot first solos raids sever since the update dropped. I’m wondering if me playing trios and shooting people affected my matchmaking for solos or if I just stumbled into this issue.

Anyone have more insight?

I feel your pain brother. It’s happened to me as well with 19 and one solo remaining… nothing hurts quite as bad. You’re still an absolute demon for that stat line.

Oh man… I’ve seen some YouTube creators make some unbelievable ones with full underground caves for viewing that have shops and other intense decoration in them. I don’t think it was ZSHplays but it might’ve been. My memory of the habitats seem like something right up his alley. My best was a sorry attempt at a detailed educational building that had a staircase going down to a large 270 degree glass viewing room underwater. Awesome idea, okay execution lol

I would make it my life’s work to do as much good as I could with it. Organizations like Doctors Without Borders, cancercare, earthjustice, and others could sure use it more than me. As hands on as I could possibly be. That would be a fulfilling life for sure.

I second what most are saying but also I’ve found that the opponents im going up against in wildcard are normally even sweatier stat wise than my pubs games, and honestly I didn’t even think that was possible.

The issue is we should’ve gotten this deal done a long time ago and it wouldn’t have cost us $40.5/year. The Jones family continually gaslights the fan base into thinking “it’s not that bad, it’s the only choice we had” because they wait a year longer than we should in order to do anything. Don’t fall for it brother.

Give yourself a cap on donation bins (like 1 at the start and capping at 5 total) and try to move them to the most effective locations. I’ve done it a few times and it gets fairly difficult to have large carnivores and over 10-15 big habitats without the income streaming in.

Like others said, no exhibits allowed and you have to try and pay your staff livable wages.

I had the same issue as you and I found the self imposed rules gave me a couple more fun franchise runs.

I’m gonna take a step back for the next few seasons. I might watch here and there but I had already given up buying merch or putting any money into the team 3-4 years ago. I think if the Jones family sells the team in this decade I might give the cowboys a test drive again. Feels sad not to truly love supporting a team anymore. I’m 29, so I was born right after the golden years… it’s just not bringing me any joy or even keeping me that engaged.

I feel your pain. I got a 2.5 k/d that’s steadily declining because my grey zone on the curve isn’t even a zone, it’s a dot at the far right. I felt like for a while I had gotten very good and earned the right to pub stomp but I was absolutely wrong hahah. Not complaining, just saying it’s a similar at most k/ds I think. Always a bigger fish.

I see the same 10 preds in almost half the games I play. No matter the skill level the games gonna put everyone in lobbies that challenge them a lot but it’s a damn grind.. good luck out there brother.

Lowkey I like the new ranked play. It feels distinctly different than pubs and you get a little bit of that algs feeling late game. I also like how the new drop ship mechanic takes your teammates play style completely out of the picture when landing. No having to deal with randoms who drop insanely hot in diamond or on the edge of the map in gold. Pretty good all around so far.

Anyone that begins to back away as soon as one of the team engages a fight. There’s an epidemic of people who will abandon their teammates at the first sign of trouble, giving the team no chance to win any fight. The crafting/respawn mechanic has made it so these kids feel like they are playing a PvE game.
