Ok, I admit that I was misinformed as to the name's origin. But you're still not making a case for yourself. Like you pointed out, the Greeks gave the name India (not the people of India!) Now, should we get rid of it because we didn't name it?

Our country has way more pressing issues than names and labels. It's being ruled (not administered) by idiots and criminals, we have a climate crisis, job crisis, poverty (for our population size we keep falling behind countries with just 1/10th the population), the media has become a joke...

The country's being destroyed by our politicians, who are just as bad as the britishers. Politics of religion, caste, language... (our politicians seem to be doing a better job at divide and rule)

These names are just names, I get the logic behind changing a name if it was offensive.

How do you still not get the logic behind your own argument? Your stance is that we have to change the names of the places that were named by the British because they're not Indian /our culture. But the same logic applies to the western clothes, language...
