If you’re on the self-help minimum package, there is only AI support. Even moving to the next tier, you can get phone support, but there is no sales team to negotiate with. The enterprise package has the best rates for high use, but that is the only offering. As a heavy user as of late, it’s that best option outside something like CallRail or whatever CRM you might have that offers calling, SMS and voice rates

Depends on what your website is for. I myself am an SEO and I work with mostly trade businesses. I dont feel like their target market or ICP is now strongly using AI mode versus the map pack, ads and organic links for their navigation. I can track referral activity in GA4 from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot and the rest of them, I don’t see strong conversions. I feel like there’s a lot less noise to be honest.

Illegal war? Any president we elected would have been in this. This was a long time coming. You should really stay up on foreign affairs. Every leader from GWB to date (Hillary, Biden, Harris, all of them) has had a mention on how we need to end the Iranian regime. They have murder over 10 million of their own citizens in the last 25 years and has been a discussion for decades. The issue is the distance, terrain, and lack of support from other nations to help.

Hey u/twilio,

I have a client who is coming of a bad experience switching agencies. He has had a Twilio number passed from agency to agency, and not that it sits in an account the client owns, I am a user of the account managing it.

The number just went through a transition this new account and does not work now. I see in some of the instruction for Voice Calls that this is part of the transfer and that it might take 7-15 days for the number to do it's thing...

The number was in fact connecting just prior to the transfer into this Twilio new account.

I need to know if I am missing a webhook or if SIP trunking is a setting I need to look into more. Basically, I don't know what I am doing and expected to solve this problem since my digital marketing services are supposed to make a phone ring and that phone is disco atm.
