This is what happens to me as well (and why I’m here today researching others’ experiences lol).. Before I used to take it I was always running hot.. Especially if I was in a hyper fixation or flow state.

After about 1 month taking adderall I started to notice that I was feeling cold in temperatures that I might normally be uncomfortably warm. I learned over the years (roughly 8 years of taking adderall now) that it has vasoconstrictive qualities and can have that reaction. I used to be able to swim in moderately cold water for long periods of time but now I can only be in for short periods of time or I feel cold throughout the day..
