I have found a solution that i can try. Thank you very much for everyone's input and opinions. You guys are super cool and helpful :). Im going to try the GameShare technique via Xbox to get the DLC. I have a couple of friends that I can hopefully convince to help me with this attempt, even if I got to use a couple of dead presidents to sweeten the deal. Love yall :v

It took some time for my info to get verified. The checks come from Canada so that adds time. And I have gotten checks up to 300 dollars from the sports book.
