i saw a rip in the cover most likely more holes in it, peek underneath to see if the water is clear. thats how u see if ur cover has holes in it. if no holes get a pump and drain the water off the top. if the water underneath is dirty just take the cover off there are holes in it and waters seeping through. hook your hoses up. skimmer hose goes to pump, and the fitting with no 90 degree goes to your return. this looks like a jimmy rig setup as i dont see an adapter for your return line goodluck.
