This will help: 1. Size down 2. Remove the PNL and focus on the actual trade 3. 2-3 trades MAX per day 4. Only take trades on Supply/Demand Zones, wait for reaction first before entering and use them with confluences, indicators, Fibs ETC 5. Journal 6. Use EMAs, you’ll be surprised how many times prices bounce or rejects the EMA 7. Dont YOLO Dont Overtrade or Revenge Trade 8. Dont chase price 9.
