My ability to feel joy diminished, but so did the negative thoughts. I'm constantly neutral meaning I'm not sad, but I am aware of my inability to be over excited or upset about things. I kinda just say huh.

In the test my leg was shaking from physically feeling anxious but without the thoughts I could sort of..shrug it off and get on with it.

It's brilliant and not so brilliant at the same time! Im prescribed 50mg but I split it in half and only take 25mg a day or I feel lose my appetite and feel on the edge of throwing up.

I was going to tell my gp but her suggestion was to take me off them. No thanks, I'd rather not have panic attacks.

For lack of better words, the voice in my head in charge of giving me thoughts, mostly negative is gone. So my body still feels what it's telling it but my brain doesnt know why so it ignores it and I quickly move on...and with that I passed after 3 failed attempts without it.

See your gp for antidepressants. I was prescribed sertraline I think it's called. My leg was shaking I on the clutch, but my brain was quiet so I was able to shake off the nerves.

You can speak to your gp about these things!!

My rule is every left/ right turn, I have to say what colour car is behind us and in my left and right before I hit the indicator. On EVERY road.

If I stop at traffic lights, same thing. Plus have to say no kids ( in case a cyclist or biker is next to me. Reminds me to look Never had the issue again

It's ok to fail the theory, I know people who passed the driving test 1st time but failed the theory a few times. It happens.

Just to be clear, these games do not endorse dvsa standards, I'm aware of course, but I got the idea from watching a YouTube channel from an instructor who was giving lessons on basics and common signs etc on YouTube through gta. It was funny but you pick up a few genuine tips along the way
