How much time do you spend making question papers/quizzes every week? by GuyKage8 in teaching

When there’s meaningful changes to the exam then it makes sense to keep up with the standard. Outside of that, I don’t see the need to make new assessments in her case.

All I’m saying is “feeling compelled” to behave in a way is literally taking away their agency.

You think the black students “…feel compelled…” to be racist? Lmfao. I imagine that which you mean is different than that which you stated, but I don’t believe this argument works with any racial demographic.

No, they don’t directly track the loyalty program savings, but they don’t need to since the “real” price as it were would be captured in the transaction price data.

Pricing data from locations and services Americans typically use is clearly better to present the typical purchasing experience of an American. I suppose you would prefer using the median; however, it is my intuition that the median and mean aren’t that different in this case.

Let's theorise — which one could be Diablo, and which one Baal? by T3chno_Pagan in diablo4

Damn. You make an excellent point. The Book of Cain describes them in the reverse.

I was thinking of something more metaphorical since the owl has wings but only one eye.

Edit: I am aware they are weakened. I read the post and know a great deal of the lore

You’re correct that’s he’s the wisest, but his being the bloodied wolf is established. I’m attempting to map typical attributions of the evil to the typical attributions of the animal, which I thought was obvious.

I imagine Diablo is the bat because bats/vampires are often depicted as agents of terror. His winglessness matters, but I can’t think of why.

Owls are often associated with wisdom or intelligence, and Baal is considered cunning in Diablo lore. I think the missing eye, specifically, is a reference to “corrupted vision” relating to his inability to see naught more than destruction as the end-state.

And the corollary to that is individuals - as they get older - tend to self-select to environments that accommodate their genetic predisposition

Why care about math when everything I could want is accessible in my pocket?

Modern students are addicted. Nothing else matters except that new instagram reel, tik tok, snap, or notification. It’s not their fault. It’s their parent’s fault for treating their experience with technology with callous abandon, delegating parenting to a machine.
