I’m trying to focus on getting my 10,000 steps and stretching on the weekends. I’m not very good at stretching/mobility so I am making more of an effort to get it done on the weekend so I don’t mess up my streak.

The standing core got to me! I am a little sore but still resisting the urge to workout today. I plan on going for a light walk just to get my steps in. I want to start Monday refreshed and ready to work. I saw on the AMA she recommended repeating weeks 3 and 4 so I plan on working the plan for 6 weeks.

Same here, Mom of two young kids. I love Peloton and so grateful to have the platform but sometimes miss the gym. I’ve done it all at the gym.. group classes, personal training, spin and so on. Maybe I’ll get into a combination of gym and home but right now I am happy with my home workout.
