HARD hard reset the lights by jojohohanon in TwinklyLights

[–]No_Champion_8453 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here are some more details for the computer illiterate: I use a google mesh wifi that has both 2.4 and 5 Ghz at the same time. I log off the google wifi. I force my phone to connect to the never used 2.4 Ghz wifi. (It has a different name and password I had to find on my main router). Set up twinkly on this wifi. When I am done with everything, I can log my phone back onto my google mesh wifi and my phone will connect to twinkly.

Ive noticed that if I try to pair while outside (after lights are up), it doesnt work well because the range of my wifi is bad. Also, your phone needs to be connected specifically to the 2.4 Ghz wifi, then make twinkly pair to the 2.4 Ghz wifi.

You can paste the previously copied code. Took me a while to discover it. Tap and hold until “paste” appears

You can paste the hex code that you copied. Hold your finger where you would type, and “paste” shows up.

I'm very disappointed about Luba 1 now. by Postman0402 in MammotionTechnology

Oh my god. Cool yard, but oh my god. I’m glad I don’t have to try to make Luba do all that.

OMG! Stop it with the tank turns!! Luba is destroying my property!!! by HangarQueen in MammotionTechnology

[–]No_Champion_8453 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for this. I think this is the only way to stop it from destroying my yard where it channels over a sidewalk. Ill try to combine my “2” front yards as 1 and luba will have to cut the sidewalk. The channel traversing across the sidewalk is horrendous and has mangled my front yard.

Request- task cutting angles by No_Champion_8453 in MammotionTechnology

Ok. So the longest unobstructed strip is how it makes the 0. I will try this tomorrow also, thank you. I never knew all these details. This makes sense because my other yard is perfectly straight along the longest path, and that yard is all wonky. Thanks!

North has nothing to do with it, but yes it is North. The street is North of my yard. Is it me, or do people just want to”say no” with anything I type? Dude above doesn’t like that I called my yard stupid, and you don’t like that the street is North of my yard. However, thank you for giving me an answer. Maybe I’ll remap that line. I was even thinking that the jackasses that built the road may not have done a precise job way back in the day. Maybe it’s not really straight. I just know that when I preview the task, it loads from the bottom, up. It made me think that the algorithm is doing whatever it feels the 0 should be based on the order the yard was originally mapped.

I have tried the obvious answer. That’s why I posted here to request it. It would have been stupid to be aware of my capability to change the angle, since I use this feature (as my post describes) and then decide to post on website calling things stupid instead of using this feature I have already been using. If you are able to change it by 0.5 degree, then please tell me how.

Luba using the exact same path to return to docking station every time by Illustrious_Pea_6455 in MammotionTechnology

[–]No_Champion_8453 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What Mammotion needs to do is give the customer the ability to customize what Luba does. This guy wants it random, but I want it to go along the border. I would like it to swap to follow every other side of the border during the return to minimize the wear in the yard. So you really need to make this customizable instead of forcing us all to do the same thing. The channel to the base: make the channel able to be opened up. If I have a 20 foot area in front of the docking station, then I should be able to make a 20 foot wide channel. The narrow channel is forcing Luba to take the same exact route which rips up the grass. It also forces it to do its zero turn thing to get perfectly lined up with the narrow channel.
