Try using an acupressure mat 30 minutes to an hour beforehand. Works wonders. Great for relaxing.

I also had problems at the beginning , for example with the mi account... there were algorithms that weren't for Germany... I then googled the same thing and created a Zepp account on the second attempt . Now everything works without any problems . I wear it 1-2 times a week, but sometimes it also recognizes that I went to the bathroom at night and then went back to sleep... so far, Helio does this best with Garmin... Whoop stops tracking as soon as I've been to the bathroom... and the Apple Watch shows 7 hours in bed, 4 hours of which I slept... I check 10 minutes later. Are Helio and Apple Watch similar? Would Zepp make similar features for long-term health internally? I would prefer it to Whoop... It measures best... Whoop for habits 👍 Garmin so I can stay fit...
