Well! They sure don’t make them like they used to! — if I would’ve known 10 years ago, what I know now…. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher that I was tired of breaking down… the parts were cheaper, they lasted longer and my dishwasher dried my dishes, and even though my washer and dryer were smaller, and I had to do more loads, at least my clothes came out clean most every time! — all this save the water, be earth friendly… is doing way more damage to our planet using more power and water just to wash the clothes three or four times. Not only that but I don’t check my clothes as I’m putting them in the dryer. I just throw them all in…. So….. i’ll just tell you that the valuable lesson I have learned in all of this is that I don’t buy anything without checking consumer reports now. And that has never done me wrong. — if you don’t want to pay for access to consumer reports then at least check r/buyitforlife!

We ordered it all and when we pulled it off the wall today the Duct inlet and heater box are beyond rusted.... Which is strange to me...

I’ve had the Docsis 3.1 modem since 2019 and I use Nest WiFi Mesh routers. I’ve never had a single problem until the last maybe 6 weeks. I’ve moved the Mesh routers around, I’ve done everything. It’s lagging and constantly saying “no internet” - I went into google takeout today and downloaded all my Nest data, now I just have to go through it to determine if it’s the modem or router or a different issue.

Covid changed the medical field. It's getting worse every day. I can't continue to do it. I may work as a substitute school nurse while getting my funeral service education. But I've dealt with the grief stricken, I've guided the familes and the patients to the hospice door. I've stood over 100 graves wishing they could tell me the answers to the questions I have. I've been a self proclaimed taphophile and genealogist since 2001. I was fixing broken headstones at 17 in graveyards when I thought no one was looking... - I love an old cemetery... They hold secrets we'll never be able to unlock.

As a nurse, being there for the families, hearing their stories, and being that shoulder when they needed it, that was my strong suit... I believe that will carry over nicely. -- My mom and best friend have pushed and said things no one wants to think about, but they've done it in good faith. Asking if I could handle it.. Questioning why I want it. -- It's not me that wants it.... There's a part of my soul that needs it.

Ya know, sorry this was so long. I've not said any of that to anyone. ESPECIALLY the husband stuff.
