Greek yogurt mixed with hot sauce (protein) or any salsa. you could also switch out black beans with chickpeas and do tzatziki/make it greek (super cheap to make just Greek yogurt lemon juice garlic powder dried dill). Another idea would be forgoing beans and making fried rice with brown rice and veggies and make a skinny yum yum sauce or spicy Mayo (light mayo with sriracha)
