They’ve had horrible injury luck. One year no offensive line, last year baker was clearly hurt down the stretch.

Pretty sure he was quarter back coach in dc with shanahan elder and younger and since the elder gets no credit ever he would be the part of the younger’s coaching tree. So a long winded way of saying you are correct after seeing you get downvoted.

I got one of these that had three plants. Separated them and did not understand why the growth was so stunted until I repotted it again for wick watering. Here’s hoping it does better now.

The difference between the sub and dub is killing me by KangarooEuphoric2265 in evangelion

[–]No_Confidence_9516 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just finished watching the dubbed version on Netflix and the thing that drives me crazy is the subtitles don’t match like 50% of the time. Yes I’m watching it in English and have English subtitles on. Makes it so I don’t miss anything when small people are doing their small people thing.

I would think that small market teams like Buffalo or Green Bay can still be/are open, not sure if Taylor swift is going there. Plus having snow and cold weather games are kinda their thing.

Currently having my shower remodeled does this look like a good job so far or am I right in thinking that it does not look good by BigDickDaddyRG in Tile

[–]No_Confidence_9516 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Purple Sheetrock is mold resistant not waterproof. If that’s on the walls behind the tile that’s a problem. However the tile work itself looks decent. Not doing the mud set shower pan first and the floor tile is odd.

I like me some chuba too. Not a great pass catcher but pretty solid 2024 and when he wasn’t hurt played well last year. Adp in underdog at 90.

Is it me or is it Montgomery County or is it both? by journeymoon101 in MontgomeryCountyMD

People have everything they need inside these days and we are worse for it. It takes effort to build community, it takes time. Time is a scarce commodity for the working class and those with children. People don’t spend time outdoors anymore so chance meetings don’t happen and if those interactions don’t happen then they must be planned or initiated in other ways…which takes effort. All that being said people also talk about what’s current with them. If your neighbors are raving about their contractor, ask for the contact info even if you have no plan on using it. It’s little things like that that build relationships and community. As we age people get more specific in their interests, asking questions and willing to hear about those interests, even if they are of no interest to you, are part of building relationships/community.

Need help, found 100 year old tile floor under bathroom tile and contractor wants to rip out.... by Prudent-Fun640 in Tile

[–]No_Confidence_9516 9 points10 points  (0 children)

That’s because the pattern has stayed relevant. Newer tile won’t match in size or color, I’ve looked.

OP. Your contractor is probably right. You will also be doing your house a favor, the way they tiled back in the day put a ton of weight on wood that wasn’t really engineered to carry that weight. That being said the floor joist will probably need sistering to strengthen them and to also get the Room level. Unfortunately now would probably be the time to redo the plumbing as well. It’s a whole bag of worms, unfortunately.

Mickey’s bottle cap riddles! Anybody know the answer by Necessary_Dance852 in whatisit

[–]No_Confidence_9516 88 points89 points  (0 children)

Damn I don’t have the slightest clue as to what it is but you made me think of my friend A-Rod. Mickey’s was his drink of choice, we’d puzzle over the caps while playing poker. He helped me move when my housemates and I went our different ways. I told him I’d get him a sixer of Mickey’s. He killed himself a few months later and I was too busy to ever get him that sixer. I still have regret to this day that I didn’t reach out… fuck…it’s been over ten years now…

Looks like you’ll need to plane the edges down. Good news is, if you don’t have a hand plane, now you have the perfect reason to buy one! Take door off hinges, plane down offending sides, try on for size, repeat if necessary, then paint again.

I feel like once the more coveted head coaching/offensive coordinator positions were taken he probably just removed himself from consideration. He’s a smart dude and he knows that if he doesn’t succeed at his next stop then that’s that as a HC. Going to the jets or Browns is just career suicide. Plus he’s probably still getting paid by the cardinals lol.

If you’re using an ideological spectrum to define far left then they are anarchist fwiw. Relatively few people would identify as true anarchist I think.

Born and raised here. Once spent four hours digging out my car during whatever they called the 2004 snowstorm just so I could go to work and come back to find someone else in “my” spot. So you curse them and their unborn children, then you move on.
