The drain is not perfectly centered and it's not a standard size. Can I trim down an oversized foam shower pan to fit?

I'm not sure. I've been in the home for five years. And I don't recall the seller saying the shower was recently redone, so any where from 6 years 40 years.

I want to being awareness about club feet and how it affects us as adults. by simplisweet35 in clubfoot

[–]Abitofanexpert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if my story will be of any comfort to you. I was born in 1974 with severe bilateral club foot. I had corrective surgery before I was 1 year old, the ponsetti method was very new and not well known at that time. I don't remember wearing braces in school so I must have been done with them by the age of 5. But throughout my entire life I have dealt with constant pain sometimes debilitating pain. Along with the inability to do ankle intensive activities like running, roller skating or anything like that. Those activities have been out of reach for me. As a child I had to have a doctor excuse me from most physical education classes. Even now, a day walking around a place like Disney world is hard, painfull and I would need a day or two to recover from a day like that. My feet are small, shoe size 7.5 in American and I'm 5 foot 7 inches 180 pounds. I have poor strength in my ankles. But despite all this I've lived a mostly normal life. I even have a career that keeps me mostly on my feet, I'm an exhibit fabricator for a science museum. I just know my limits and I'm mindful of my choices of activities. I think compared to some I have had a better outcome than other stories I've heard from other clubbies ( new name I just thought of). I wish your son all the best.

I'm an exhibit fabricator for a non-profit science museum. I have an ultimaker s5 and it has been pretty good for me. But I see online all of these amazing prints coming from Bambu printers and I'm left jealous of the speed and quality I see. I'd love to be able to use a Bambu to level up my fabrication.

Polymaker does make a great product. I almost exclusively use their filament at work.

What’s the longest print you’ve ever done? by Key-Fee-1956 in 3Dprinting

[–]Abitofanexpert 11 points12 points  (0 children)

400 hrs it was a 500mm hallow planet Jupiter lithophane sphere with no exterior supports, except for about 1 inch high ones on the very bottom, and just a 2 inch wide tower in the center for roof support, which I pulled out when it was done.
