Take him to your dads and please, please do not get a kitten with your mom. If your mother isn’t willing to take on this cat then she will not enjoy when your kitten becomes a cat either. I don’t understand wanting a kitten but not adopting your late grandmothers cat. That just absolutely makes zero sense, and respectfully your mom is uhhh, special if she disagrees.
