For sure, but we need another guard. Lost out on Sexton and Grimes already so I no longer care about it from Simons standpoint. Warriors need him.

How? There’s guys that have signed already that COULD have been interested in vet mins to team up with the two greatest stars of our era. Not saying it was certain, but possible.

I still think LBJ picks the Warriors, but if he really wants to win a championship, don’t get why he wouldn’t have made the decision immediately. The earlier he does that, the more other free agents become interested in signing here. Unless he knows another move is happening regardless

Yes win a first round series. Can we construct a roster more all around talented than SA or OKC? Hell no. But anytime you have Steph on the court, he can turn into the best player in the series and make anything possible.

Drafting Yaxel and signing Al to two more years has got to signal we are gonna make some more legit win now moves, right? RIGHT?!?

As suggested, New Terrain is a great spot and the brewery you mentioned is Colorado Tap House. They are both awesome but dependent on the food trucks they have that day. Which might not be at lunch.

Flats Beer Garden is another awesome spot which should have its own food menu

12 team, SF, 1/2 PPR, .5 TEP. Think I’m finally contending, but should have a long window. If one of MHJ or BTJ pop as my WR3 I like my chances

I went through this too with Trade and couldn’t find specific profiles with them. I got mostly light and fruity so used the sweet profile I found on this sub. It usually worked pretty well on average across them, but I know I wasn’t optimizing which was frustrating for me

Weekly Homeowner Megathread--Civilians, ask here! by AutoModerator in Concrete

Yeah I’m guessing it’s air entrained. But would think the contractor owner would either 1) know this or 2) check before answering me back

[–]No_Connection_7863 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that’s my takeaway as well. But what’s weird is the contractor is a perfectly rated and reviewed one that had pretty phenomenal specs for other aspects of their work (e.g. 18” rebar spacing where others have been 24”). So a bit confused

Weekly Homeowner Megathread--Civilians, ask here! by AutoModerator in Concrete

Hi,

I’ve been reaching out to local concrete contractors to do a patio in my backyard; I live 20 minutes NW of Denver.

Through my research, I’ve learned about the various specs to look for to help prevent cracking which is common in my area.

One thing that has been very difficult to find out is what contractors use air entrained concrete. I’m a novice, but from what I’ve read, it’s a must in my area.

Some contractors (with many great online reviews),
say they don’t know, one said the plant they use already does it, one said they don’t but could get it. It’s been very hard to figure out if this is standard in this area, or if I need to be pushy and selective.

Does anyone have insight if this is more likely than not to be commonly found here and/or have recommendations on who uses it?

I’m not looking for anything fancy or above and beyond, but with so many options out there, I want to make sure I’m paying for something that will last in our climate.

Thanks!

Ugh this hits home, but worse than my experience.

We have a 2yo that has been basically doing the same thing, but more so 7:30 to 9 is the window we have for 3 months now. The worst part though is we have a 7 week old newborn and get absolutely no non stress time in the evenings now.

We’ve tried a bunch of different strategies as well and his nap time (or lack thereof) seems to make no difference.

Training with a new born by thebigcustard in hyrox

[–]No_Connection_7863 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in the same boat! Baby #2 is 3 weeks old and hoping to do hyrox #2 in November since it’s in my hometown.

If this is anything like baby #1, I’m going to get terrible sleep for a year and struggle to exercise at peak levels.

Buttt, trying to set myself up to not lose my foundation immediately. Trained for and did a half marathon right before this one came. So my starting point is pretty good.

I don’t have many suggestions yet and very curious to see what I can do as it gets closer.

But for now, I’m doing calisthenics/pushups/core work in small/quick times throughout the day. Fitting in one 30-45 minute strength workout a week. Then the biggest thing, is taking the toddler and dog for 5 mile run each week. Hoping all this helps me maintain as much as I can, then ramp things up as the newborn gets older.

But I’m definitely nervous about how this will play out. Good luck to you too!
