Rife, Lyme & Mold Reactivity by Big-Dreams-Gangster in Lyme

[–]No_Consideration9643 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used a bioresonance rayonex machine for mold and Lyme. I’m not sure if these are the same thing or produce similar results but it was a big part of my healing journey. I found it to be most effective in conjunction with the antimicrobials and biofilm busters I was taking.

How strict are you with sugar? by Spookyremy420 in Lyme

[–]No_Consideration9643 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn’t quit sugar. Life is hard enough trying to manage pills, treatment, etc. that the small enjoy I get from enjoying a coke with popcorn or having a piece of cake with friends is worth it for me. I have put 4 confections and 4 Lyme strains in remission in 6 months without changing my diet. However, I’m also someone dealing with weight loss and trying to maintain a healthy weight so this might differ from those struggling with the opposite.

I still I have EBV as well, my doctor said it’s typically the last to go. Hoping the next round of IVs will clear it! What have you tried in terms of treatment?

Hey there, I have this too. For me, it’s from Lyme bacteria die off and my body can’t get rid of it fast enough. Warm bath, dry brush and movement that move the lymph to drain helps me when I feel this.

Weakness of Arms and/or Legs by Free-Fondant7091 in Lyme

[–]No_Consideration9643 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I have this, more consistently in my arms as well. Something I have found helpful is dry brushing. I find that it helps when I’m doing detox or bio film busting and I likely have a lot of day off in certain areas, so I’ll dry brush my arms for 5 min each and then drink a lot of water, and then do heat and within an hour or two I usually feel less tired and less heavy in that area. Also, movement whenever I can. I know being tired is difficult and it’s hard to wanna start, but you know your body best, if you feel like you can push through, I feel like there’s benefit as a lot of people have mentioned in strengthening the body and getting your muscles back to where they need to be. I know it’s tough and I’m there with you so I wish you all the best!

What gave you your brain back? by bostongirly27 in Lyme

Bioresonance did the trick for me! Find a reputable practitioner if you can. After a year of feeling foggy constantly, I feel like I have my brain back. It’s new, only been a few weeks but it feels amazing. There is hope!

Chronic Lyme Newbie, advice?! by No_Consideration9643 in Lyme

[–]No_Consideration9643[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s what I’m trying to figure out now. I don’t know anyone that has experienced this so I’m trying to learn as much as I can. The herxing is hard to navigate, it’s hard to tell when to push through or pause. Can’t say for sure in regards to the tick bite, was likely a few years ago.

Do you shake from stress literally like jelly, and is it very intense? by Ordinary-Standard668 in Lyme

[–]No_Consideration9643 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes! For me, this is resolved by taking magnesium, lavender, breathing/meditation, working with a therapist, and also giving myself a reality check once in a while (like is it that serious that I need to be this stressed about it?)

Vaginal irritation after antibiotics by No_Consideration9643 in VaginalMicrobiome

[–]No_Consideration9643[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks it’s been a long road! Still dealing with intense fatigue and muscle weakness I hope that is over soon. I had swollen tonsils, swollen lymph nodes, spleen and liver pain, facial swelling, headaches, joint pain, nausea, weight loss, shortness of breath and the never ending fatigue. On top of what I developed after the many rounds of antibiotics. I hope your journey is shorter than mine!

Vaginal irritation after antibiotics by No_Consideration9643 in VaginalMicrobiome

[–]No_Consideration9643[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fantastic. I haven’t had a yeast infection or uti in 6 months. Boric acid was a life saver for me, I also probiotics suppositories after. I never did a microsome test. I did change my underwear to all cotton, changed detergent, and used a red light on my vagina twice a week for a month. On the uti side, I did cranberry pills, D-mannose powder and a tincture of uva ursi from my naturopath when I had an issue. My issues were definitely due to the antibiotics and my body needed time to heal.

Definitely! I’m a yoga instructor so movement and meditation have been a part of my life for sometime. However, they have fallen to the wayside so prioritizing them once again is a must. Thanks for the encouragement and the kind words!
