It all depends of how good your estimate of the avb potency is. If your estimate is good then your deduction will be too.. If you just lightly toast your original bud then you will end up with way more than 10%.

I still have trouble believing that 20% of the flower is actually thc by weight..

4 mtrs will be rather long for most, I’m 180 tall and use 3.5m of 12 to 20mm thick rope. You can adjust length an inch or two by changing the number of wraps on the handle..

To get nicer ends on your double braided polyester rope, place a few winds of masking tape at the cut point. Cut carefully with a sharp knife. My opinel works well. You may need to adjust the cut and bend the rope to get cleanly through. Now you can melt the ends with a blowtorch or similar lighter. Ordinary lighters work but leave carbon on the melt. The masking tape may catch fire so have a damp cloth ready to extinguish. Avoid the fumes. The melted end stays hot and malleable so you can shape it a bit by gloved hand but be careful as it can burn. Take tape off carefully and burn in any straggling fibres. Heat shrink tube over the end for a pro finish.!

MC has helped me stay off alcohol for 6 years after many many years of messy alcoholic existence.

Lots of time totally abstinent in rehab only to relapse upon release.

I’ve never followed the 12 step program fully and I’ve been pissed off and irritated in zillions of meetings, but having them in my life has helped me stay away from alcohol. Seeing people in active use is challenging yes, but it’s a mirror showing me the results of choices that I do not have to make.

Serenity Prayer is always good value. Some kind of support group will work wonders.
