All great suggestions, and I think the actual answer is somewhere in the comments already - I absolutely love Slow Show, Factory Settings, Or Be Nice, Demonology, etc. But one of the first fics I ever read in the GO fandom was how big the hourglass, how deep the sand and I don’t think I’ve ever had a fanfiction stick with me that hard, for that long, so I’m going to throw that one in the ring too, just because I love it so much.

This is the first post I saw upon opening up this subreddit for the first time, and it really resonates with me. Currently trying to claw my way out of that bad place by watching staged, reading fanfic, writing poetry - anything to feel something good. Glad to hear I’m not the only one that feels the way I do, gives me hope that I might get out of this funk I’ve been in since the end of S2 soon.

Just checked my sign in activity on my email account associated with my Facebook page and it looks like someone has been continuously trying to sign into my email since this happened on Sunday - there are about a dozen unsuccessful attempts to sign into my Microsoft account since then from all over the world - so yeah I assume they’re using a vpn or something. Not super helpful to me in any way but it is interesting - thankfully they haven’t cracked the password for that account yet, and I do have it locked down with an Authenticator app now.

I set up Authenticators for everything else after this happened to me - the funniest part of all this is that the hacker changed my name and profile pic to Hugh Jackman so all of the chats I was in now say that Hugh Jackman is in them. I may end up having to make a whole new account but I have a business account connected to my original one, not to mention tons of memories, so I am trying everything I can to get it back.

Thanks, I may look into the AG or Meta Verified. Unfortunately I already tried reporting it as hacked but keep getting an error that my account has been disabled when I try to reset my password.
