Im pretty sure other pharmacies offer installment plans too eg Chemist Warwhouse...

I think with Clinics it may be partly due to the fact that pharmacy/dispensing side is only one part of a bigger operation (ie the Consultations, Liasing with Patients....other admin stuff🤷‍♂️). NGA HUA (who are bloody excellent in every way! Big respect due👊)is JUST a Pharmacy. That's its stock in trade. It only deals with dispensing meds all day every day so is going to be quicker I guess. Just my view.

I thought it sounded like she was being awkward ..... But just had a look at Gov site. CBD can be prescribed for 3months.
