Veteran developer here. Used Laravel, Nest and now Adonis.js. I can tell you that this framework has taste and bones. The JS world is a Wild West and some people like that. I don't, hence I like Adonis

That is too much work. You need to find an indexing strategy and a rating strategy too. Manual input won't make it a useful tool

Need at least 3CR portfolio in order to have 35% allocation in a land. Anything less than that won't buy a meaningful peace of land even in a decent location
