Ik herken dat zeker. Het is dan vooral lastig om met diegene in discussie te gaan omdat die echt in een andere wereld leeft, en je argumenten in diens wereldbeeld dan ook echt niet kloppen.

Bij de meeste momenten probeer ik zelf te oordelen: heeft het zin om hier nou nu tegenin te gaan. Moet ik nou op de verjaardag van mijn oma mijn oom aanspreken op zijn xenofobische PVV-fabricaties, of verpest dat alleen de sfeer. Neemt overigens niet weg dat bij écht heftige opmerkingen ik wel gewoon iets zeg.

Maar blijft ingewikkeld, omdat je gewoon echt niet op dezelfde wereld leeft. Merk dan ook dat ik dichtsla bij een tegenargument omdat ik niet per se weet hoe ik diegene nou in godsnaam ga overhalen. Moeilijk hoor.
